I still consider myself new to the Quilting Community, and very fortunate to have stumbled into this exclusive, multi-talented group of Quilters. I am continually amazed by the diversity in art-forms Quilting shows us. If you have ever been to a quilt show, big or small, you know what I mean. Be it a bed or art quilt, the experience of making a quilt is very humbling. The time, effort and pure dedication it takes to complete one quilt takes a community of like Souls to inspire and cheer each other on. Garden Isle Quilters and the Quilt Community both in Hawaii & worldwide is a blessing of humankind, the arts and a testament to our well being. All the support we get from one another makes it possible to sustain this wonderful lifestyle we call “Quilting”.
